We collect data you provide directly when submitting our contact/demo request form: your name, company name, work email address, job role, and any message content you choose to include.

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking scripts on this website.

We use submitted data solely to respond to your enquiry and provide information about Numid's services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Processing is based on your consent, given by voluntarily submitting our contact form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months from the date of receipt, unless a longer retention period is required for an active business relationship, or you request earlier deletion.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
